As a spin-off of MCR London, we offer personalized career solutions as the exclusive representatives of the My Career Path methodology. 

Our team specializes in digital tools, AI, project management, and academic research, driving innovation through key Erasmus+ projects like "Magic of Language," "DigiLearn," "Catapult Your Career," and "FINE YOU." Yavor
Founder, CEO

Yavor Martinov

Yavor Martinov is a serial entrepreneur with business in the trade sector and an education and inclusion enthusiast. 

As a sales expert and an entrepreneur by heart he gathers a team around him and starts doing formal and informal training to support the immigrant community. Through his network of friends, partners and people he has helped, he created Human Innovation Hub in an attempt to bring more education, knowledge and business sense to those who lack the resources to undergo extensive training.

Born in Kalofer, a small town in Bulgaria, Yavor sets out for the UK in search of a better future. He becomes what Set Godin calls a Linchpin – a connecting element of a dedicated team.

Project manager and research expert

Marcy Wolf

Marcy Wolf is an expert in financial modeling, with a strong background in digital transformation and AI-driven financial analysis. Additionally she is an educational and inclusion enthusiast with a great deal of experience in Erasmus + projects and AISEC organization. 

Holding a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge, she has extensive experience in using technology to streamline investment processes and enhance decision-making. In her roles at Hines and BlackRock, Marcy was deeply involved in integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles with focus on inclusive and sustainable digital education. 

Her expertise in data-driven decision-making, combined with her work on financial models and AI applications, makes her a valuable asset for the development of the HIH’s projects.She supports HIH’s efforts in enhancing employability and digital skills among disadvantaged youth. 

Fluent in multiple languages and experienced in international contexts, she brings a global perspective to supporting young people in overcoming barriers to digital transformation.

Yavor Martinov

Benjamin Sung Ho Wenzel is an experienced adult trainer and consultant. He has successfully led large-scale digital innovation projects and is one of the concept creators for HIH signature AILSY project.

His experience in stakeholder engagement and developing training materials for over 5,000 makes him HIH's top adult trainer and ed innovation specialists. 

Benjamin’s  strong background in designing scalable digital solutions is invaluable for the implementation of a platforms like CATAPULT YOUR CAREER​​​.

Benjamin believes in lifelong learning and is a great example of it, upgrading qualification and learning formally and non formally eery year.
