DigiLearn – effective digital learning for adults

The DigiLearn project, funded by Erasmus+, has significantly impacted adult learning by focusing on enhancing digital skills, particularly for educators, trainers, and adult learners. Some key results include the development of tools, resources, and guides that help educators design engaging, high-quality digital courses. Participants from universities, HR professionals, and other training providers have benefited from pilot programs that focus on practical digital curriculum design, fostering improved learner engagement and skill development.

The project also emphasized lifelong learning, with courses tailored to building practical and technical proficiency in digital tools. Workshops and events, such as the one in Italy, demonstrated the importance of combining human-centered design with digital learning techniques, showing that success in online learning goes beyond technology alone.

Project activities:

  • Developed digital learning tools, guides, and resources for educators and trainers to design effective digital programs
  • Organized workshops and pilot programs, including a curriculum design initiative to enhance practical skill-building and engagement in digital education
